Mobile Mechanic & Auto Repair FAQ
Answers to common questions about Pasquales Mobile Mechanic, on-site automotive diagnostics and repair, scheduling, pricing, credentials, policies, and what to expect when service comes to your location.
What does a mobile mechanic do?
A mobile mechanic brings automotive service to the vehicle instead of requiring you to take the vehicle to a repair shop. Pasquales Mobile Mechanic performs on-site diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs that can be completed properly and safely at your location.
What types of auto repair can be performed at my location?
Many brake, starting and charging, cooling, air-conditioning, ignition, fuel, sensor, belt, steering, suspension, and related services can be performed on-site. Some jobs require shop equipment, workspace, or conditions that are not practical for mobile service, so we evaluate the job before representing that it can be completed at your location.
Can you diagnose a vehicle when I do not know what is wrong?
Yes. You do not need to know which part has failed before requesting service. Tell us the symptoms, warning lights, noises, smells, leaks, starting problems, or driving conditions you have noticed. Diagnosis is used to identify the cause before parts are replaced when the problem is uncertain.
What diagnostic tools and equipment do you bring?
Our mobile service is equipped with the automotive diagnostic and repair tools needed for the work scheduled. The exact equipment brought to the vehicle depends on the symptoms, vehicle, and requested service. If a repair requires equipment or working conditions that cannot reasonably be provided on-site, we will explain that rather than treat every repair as a mobile job.
How do I schedule mobile mechanic service?
Call (561) 420-6043 or email support@pasqualesmobilemechanic.com. Have the vehicle year, make, and model, the service location, and a description of the problem available. Recent repairs or diagnostic trouble codes can also be helpful.
How much does mobile auto repair cost?
Cost depends on the vehicle, the diagnosis or repair required, parts, labor, and the circumstances of the service call. Because two vehicles with similar symptoms can have different causes, an accurate price may require additional information or diagnosis before the repair is quoted.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, subject to transaction approval and payment-processing availability. Personal and business checks may also be accepted at our discretion. If you need to use a particular payment method, please confirm it when scheduling. See our Terms & Conditions for complete payment terms.

Are you certified to service automotive air-conditioning systems?
Yes. Our technicians who perform motor-vehicle A/C service are EPA Section 609 certified. This certification applies to technicians who service motor-vehicle air-conditioning systems and handle regulated refrigerants.
How much automotive repair experience do you have?
Our work is based on hands-on automotive diagnostics and repair experience across mechanical and electrical vehicle systems. Rather than publish an unsupported number of years here, ask us about experience relevant to your vehicle or the particular repair you need.
Will you test-drive my vehicle?
A road test may be appropriate for some complaints or to verify a repair, depending on the condition of the vehicle and the service being performed. Any test drive must be appropriate and safe under the circumstances. Service conditions are governed by our Terms & Conditions.
